When capital projects fail, it’s rarely because people didn’t care.
It’s usually because there wasn’t a solid plan early enough to steer it right. I’ve led over $300M in capital projects across manufacturing, energy, and process-heavy industries.
That taught me how to stay ahead of schedule and under budget. I’ve seen what happens without that:
• A project manager gets brought in too late with a vague scope and no authority.
• A facility retrofit runs $500K over because no one flagged a risk.
• A plant leader gets left holding the bag when vendor delays torch the schedule.
I’ve been in the room when it all went sideways (and when it didn’t).
I know how much is on the line—your reputation, your team’s trust, your timeline.
That doesn’t come from hope or hasty, last-minute Googling. It comes from structure, clarity, and confidence. When a project gets delivered on time, under budget, and without fire drills…
That’s not luck. That’s the result of a clear plan, early alignment, and steady leadership.
That’s why I do this.
